Notre histoire À propos Achetée en 2019, cette maison datant de 1889 a été entièrement rénové à neuf en 2020. Nous avons gardé que les murs et avons refait à notre goût l'amenagement de la maison. Située dans un petit hameau de 6 maisons, elle offre aux voyageurs toute la déconnexion souhaitée. Dans cet environnement calme et paisible, vous pourrez vous ressourcer en parcourant les chemins de randonnées au départ de la maison et peut être vous rencontrerez quelques chevreuils ou les écureuils....La maison est confortable, bien décorée et très équipée pour passer des séjours courts ou longs. Nos engagements et actions pour l’environnement – Energie – Nous utilisons des ampoules basse consommation. Un détecteur de mouvement est en place pour éclairer le parking. Les Fenêtres sont à double vitrage pour réduire la consommation d’énergie. Eteignez systématiquement la lumière et TV dès que vous quittez votre location. Coupez le chauffage quand vous ouvrez une fenêtre et inversement, pensez à fermer vos fenêtres lorsque vous chauffez votre chambre. Ne laissez pas vos chargeurs branchés, une fois vos appareils chargés. – Eau – Nous optimisons la consommation d’eau dans les chambres – Toutes nos salles de bains sont équipées d’un pommeau de douche. Arrêtez l’eau quand vous vous lavez les dents. Signalez nous toute fuite d’eau. Ne laissez pas couler l’eau inutilement. Our establishment Located 1.5 km from the center of Bonnes, our 3 guest rooms were renovated in 2020. The house built in 1869 on 3 hectares of land is cool in summer thanks to its thick walls, in winter it keeps the heat of the wood stove. Our rooms all have their own bathrooms and toilets. 2 of them open directly onto a staircase starting from the dining room. An outside staircase provides access to the 3rd bedroom for the more independent. The size of the beds is 160x200 in 2 bedrooms and 140x200 in the smallest. They are all 3 equipped with air conditioning, an Ethernet socket and a TV. The house has all the modern comforts with free Wi-Fi connection, a washing machine and dishwasher, an oven-grill, fridge induction hobs and small appliances. In summer you can take your meals on the terrace which has a teak garden table and chairs as well as a plancha. We can accommodate all visitors who love the countryside and its environment. A barn allows motorcycles to be parked under cover and the courtyard in front of the house can accommodate up to 2-3 cars depending on the size.
